MARINE safety services for events

SPCTR is proud to be the exclusive marine support rescue and safety provider for the 3,500 racers participating in this annual event. The legendary race starts on the Washington side of the Columbia River, crosses over the Astoria-Megler bridge and finishes in Astoria, OR. Launching rescue vessels in the dark, navigating tides and ensuring safety should be left to our experts. 

One of our favorite local events, the Ilwaco High School Music Club's annual polar plunge is held at Black Lake in January. Everyone is welcome to take part in this fundraiser, under the watchful eye of the SPCTR team. Come on in, the water's just fine.... And if the worthy cause isn't enough to convince you to go, we provide life jackets, handholding and encouragement. Or you can just donate to have one of us jump for the cause.
